Busy-ing Myself

Well, I'm back to bidness, being busy getting my computer stuff hooked up, dogs done (includes vet trips), and the general running/cleaning of the household. It's rainy season which means MOLD SEASON. You understand what I mean if you live in the tropics. "Cloro" is your best friend and with all the rock finish and brick in my house, I stay busy with bleaching the "hongos", or my favorite word "moho" and then sealing with HydroStop - good stuff! I finally found my scanner cord, it was under the scanner, and misc. stuff (like pick up new wireless router today, the old one didn't make the cut when I reconnected everything) - to get me back and running S M O O O T H (again). I want to scan postcards I'm sending and receiving.
EVEN WITH voltage regulator on the house's meter, TWO surge protectors for the computer/printer/etc., this is Costa Rica, with it's many power outages and sooner or later, it fries everything, or at least it seems that way. For now, here's that rock I mentioned last week.
I just love that postcard from Norway!!

R.I.P. Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson.

...talk about "being in between a rock and a hard place".

Oooh...just googled it.
Michael had more talent.
Farrah had more class.
Now I feel really old.
RIP to both.

And "Heeeere's Johnny", Ed passed on too recently.
Guess we are just getting to that age. I remember my mom's surprise when her stars started dying off.
Wonder if I can train my dogs to use a fibralator? People don't survive cardiac arrest, well maybe 5% do if that get a jolt to start their heart in less than 7 minutes.
Farrah's battle with cancer, that's just sad, sad. Poor Ryan, and their son being in jail.

I'm taking off Teri Tunes for awhile.

I think it had to be somethin' out of the ordinary...coke or what-not. Most thin, otherwise healthy people don't just keel over at 50. At least, I'm hoping.
Too bad.

Oops I was talking about Michael J, wondering why, exactly, a healthy person of 50 might die.

Farrah...that's really really sad. I'm almost her age. Wow she lived in a dream life and then died in a nightmare...guess i wouldn't trade for anything, even being a Charlies' Angel.

A very surprising turn of events today Teri.

I hope you are doing well. Btw, I responded to your message this morning.

I really don't know how to spell DEfibralator...
What a life those two had for different reasons. I do wish Michael had waited a day so all his press didn't supercede Farrah's passing. Guess you can't pick when your heart stops. I did think they would keep him in a coma for longer though.
I'm sure all the music on the radio is MJ songs today. No music here at YO-YO for now.
