The street and trash cans don't add to the charm of Jaco living?
Ah, yes...the trash cans are a part of Jaco life BUT I'm someone who used to go the $1 store to buy helium balloons for no reason other than to make ME smile.

Thanks, I am feeling better but it just does want to HANG ON. I'll be happy when the rain lets up a little.
