A Song for thought

">
I don't listen much anymore to Billy Joel but when I heard this song, a flood of thoughts came back about my life and my choices for it's direction. One of the best concerts I've ever been to was in Tampa when Billy Joel and Elton John played together. We all were much younger then. Amazing concert. Dueling pianos.

I would love, love to put my photos to music in a video. Does anyone out there do that and can anyone direct me to the source that will teach me how?

I've posted this song for you to remember it's YOUR BEST LIFE so go do whatever your heart desires and hopefully, it will touch others in a positive light and your life will be enriched as well.

I love that song! I hadn't heard it in soooo long.

Proshow Gold is a really popular slideshow program. It's very easy to use - drag and drop photos and songs. It's $70.00

I love Billy Joel! I wish he would come to Costa Rica. I really wanted to go to that concert but I couldn't get any of my friends to go. The tickets were over 100 bucks. :( It was worth it to me, but not them...

I'm sure I didn't pay anywhere near $100. It was in the early 90's. I seen many concerts but I felt this one to be historic.
Wish you'd left your name on your message.

WOW! That was beautiful and a great reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment. I was over at Costa Rica HQ, a travel guide blog and this guy moved to CR from the States just recently. He seems to be living the words to that song.

I really liked the part that said that life could wait a day or two.

Thanks again!

Tica: I think that perhaps my wife and I were at that same concert in Tampa. Billy and Elton teamed up and did a couple of concerts there. I scheduled a limo on Valentine's Day to take us across Florida (mooning people on I4 thru the smoked windows so they couldn't see us anyway) and we sat alll the way up in the back in the nosebleed seats and it was a GREAT concert. The coolest thing was that Billy goes across generations: my kids and my parents all sing along to "Piano Man".

And, yes, I think perhaps that "Costa waits for me". We think we're close to being able to retire there from Florida and we're looking for any advice that anyone cares to share. BeardFL@aol.com. Thanks.

They truly don't write em like that anymore!

About 12 of us had a Piano Man sing-a-long moment at a piano bar on the high seas that I will never forget!
