"YO-YO" in Paradise is my acronym for "You're On Your Own". This is not a site for tourist info on Costa Rica. It's just some Tales and Tattles of my experiences, observations, and the ups and downs of every day living by the Pacific Coast in Costa Rica.
Road to Tulin. The only house out there, NOW.
Sunset today at Tulin Beach (South of Hermosa Beach) near the turtle farm.
They've torn down the old concrete houses out at Tulin. They've been abandoned for years.

the sunset is so beautiful where you are.....
great spot. I'm afraid to ask: what's going there? wish this local bubble would hurry up and bust before they dig up EVERYTHING. too late for key west, but maybe costa rica will survive intact. thanks for the photos!
There is a totally different sunset everyday. Sunday was hazy.
At the end of the Tulin Beach there is the Turtle Refuge. All the other houses have been torn down. There is no electric out there and ever no and then, the ocean joins the river running parallel to it (it floods). Doubt that will stop "progress".
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!
